When you choose JM Security Systems, you are not handed off to a call center or a crew you will never see again. You work directly with me. I design your system, oversee the installation myself, and remain the person you reach whenever you need something.
After more than twenty years designing surveillance systems, I have learned that protecting a property is personal. Behind every camera is a family that wants to feel safe at home, or an owner who needs to trust that their business is covered. I never lose sight of that.

There's no fixed price, because no two properties are the same, and we don't sell one-size packages. After a free on-site or virtual assessment, you receive a written proposal built around your property, with every camera and cost explained and no obligation.
You do. Your system is self-monitored. You watch live and recorded video yourself, from a single app on your phone or computer, anytime. There's no monthly monitoring contract, and no third party between you and your footage.
Most residential installations are completed within a single day. Project timelines vary depending on property layout, infrastructure requirements, and system scale. A realistic scheduling estimate is always provided prior to installation.
A homeowner or authorized representative should be present during installation for final camera placement confirmation and system walkthrough prior to project completion.
Yes. Every system is designed with expansion in mind, so recorders and cabling are specified with room to grow. Added coverage is quoted anytime, and new cameras appear in the same app alongside the rest of your system.
COMMERCIAL & MULTI-LOCATION

Yes. A Certificate of Insurance is provided as part of standard commercial onboarding, with current general liability and workers' compensation documentation shared directly with your team.
References from comparable hospitality, retail, restaurant, automotive, educational, and multi-location commercial environments are available upon request where appropriate.
Single-location commercial deployments are commonly completed within one to two business days depending on infrastructure scope. Multi-location projects are phased strategically to minimize operational disruption. A project schedule is included with each approved proposal.
Service level agreements with defined response commitments are available for qualifying commercial properties. Coverage structures are tailored according to system scale, operational priorities, and support requirements.
Yes. Every location is viewable and managed from a single app, with role-based access so site managers see only their location while ownership sees everything. There are no per-location monitoring fees.
