Yes, we ask that a homeowner or authorized adult be present for the duration of the installation. This ensures you can direct camera placement to your satisfaction and receive a full walkthrough of your system before we leave.
Absolutely. Before we leave, we configure remote viewing on all your devices: your phone, tablet, and computer. We then walk you through everything: live view, playback, motion alerts, and how to access footage. You will not be left figuring it out on your own.
